INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL, & LOCAL PUBLIC NOTICE
Governor of the foreign political subdivision, the paper state of Kansas Laura Kelly, licensed agents Krishnan Christopher Jayaram, Melanie Haynes, Kathryn S. Barker, and Kevin Moriarty, Kansas Democratic Party Chairman Vicki Hiatt, Kansas Republican Party Chairman Michael J. Kuckelman, Jessica Kensmoe and family are hereby charged with war crimes including, but not limited to, Political Persecution, Political Communism, Denial of Nationality, Slavery, and Infiltration of a State by arbitrarily hi-jacking the original State of Kansas and taking power of attorney over the Trustee for KALEB A. KENSMOE, PMA, a member of the Continental Army, one of the Military Branches for The United States of America violating all Thirty (30) Articles of Public Laws-101.
