INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL, & COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE
Yahushua the Messiah’s teaching clearly conveys that our Father’s love extends even to His enemies. Therefore, in accordance with Yahushua’s teaching as stated in (Mattithyahu) Matthew 5:44-48, stated herein, of our Heavenly Father’s desire for His sons on the earth, the National assembly has voted to amend Article 24 of the judgment and sentencing section of the Constitution of the War Crimes Tribunal for The United States of America LINK.
Matthew (Mattithyahu) 5:44-48
44“But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those cursing you, do good to those hating you, and pray for those insulting you and persecuting you,45so that you become sons of your Father in the heavens. Because He makes His sun rise on the wicked and on the good, and sends rain on the righteous and on the unrighteous.46“For if you love those loving you, what reward have you? Are the tax collectors not doing the same too?47“And if you greet your brothers only, what do you do more than others? Are the tax collectors not doing so too?48“Therefore, be perfect, as your Father in the heavens is perfect.”
The National assembly recognizes the obligations as set out within the codified Law of Nations to preserve and perfect a nation’s international character as a moral person in international law. A nation creates a first among equals in a state of nature when it publishes its social compact, but will only obtain its perfection if it recognizes Yahushua’s authority on earth evidenced in (Mattithyahu) Matthew 28:18 stated herein;

“18 And Yahushua came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.”
This process of sanctification given through the Word of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, when not applied in accordance with Public International Law through the codified Law of Nations and Mattithyahu (Matthew) 28:18, promotes immorality through polytheism (the worship of multiple false gods), ultimately destroying each state or nation under religious freedoms evidenced in biblical Babylon, Egypt, Greece, Rome, and further witnessed in the current United States corporation.
Further, keeping in step with Yahushua’s Word, the National assembly has voted to amend all prior Judgments and Orders issued by the War Crimes Tribunal for The United States of America to allow each Respondent found guilty by the War Crimes Tribunal time to reconcile with the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob through Yahushua.
