INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL, & COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE
The Great Jury agrees that, Federal Communications Commission, (hereinafter “FCC”) Jessica Rosenworcel, Brenden Carr, Geoffrey Starks, and Nathan Simington, (hereinafter “Respondents”) have committed Attempted Murder for Respondents implementing, and regulating warfare devices which radiate to produce negative health effects on all of YHWH’s creation. Respondents are implementing warfare tactics using devices such as cellular towers, cellular equipment which include cellular hardware, and software technologies. Respondents are regulating said warfare devices placed upon structures and buildings for warfare upon the inhabitant populace, Declared residents and the permanent population within the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America under the guise of safe communications Fifth (5th) Generation broadband and cellular technologies of the telecom networks (hereinafter, “5G”) LINK, and
