AFFIDAVIT OF FACT
Date- The 97th Day in the year of YHWH 6024, Translated (July 3rd, 2022)
Comes now Daniel Sullivan, General Manager of the Continental Public Bank (hereinafter “Affiant”) being competent to testify and being over the age of twenty-one years, after first being duly sworn according to the law to tell the truth to the facts related herein states that Affiant has first- hand knowledge and belief that these facts are true to the best of Affiant’s knowledge and belief, and;
- Affiant states that on June 8th, 2022, Robert S Radnich (hereinafter, “Respondent #1”) publicly posted a document that erroneously identified the UCD token which is backed by the Continental Public Bank as fraudulent The Continental Public Bank was convicted and found guilty without due process; this is consistent with the communist culture that Respondent #1 is advocating. Respondent #1 was notified of the errors and presented facts that clearly disputed the fraudulent claims. Respondent#1 refused to retract his assertions.
- Affiant states that on June 17th, 2022, Respondent #1’s false claims and failure to promptly correct the errors, caused Lobstr (hereinafter, “Respondent #2”) to blacklist the UCD coin on June 17, 2022. Respondent #2 blacklisted the Continental Public Bank’s tokens without any notification or trial. Respondent #2’s action to blacklist the UCD based on the false accusation of Respondent #1 is reprehensible and inexcusable. This is supporting the communist rhetoric that Respondent #1 initiated. This action severely damaged the reputation of the UCD. The UCD and UCDT are valid coins that reside on the Stellar network. These coins are backed by the Continental Public Bank. The Continental Public Bank is the only Public Bank in existence that is not a part of the American Bankers Association, the federal reserve system, nor the Bank of New York Mellon. The Continental Public Bank is backed by INCUN.1454.b5.
Course of Remedy
The Affiant claims that Respondent #1 needs to publicly retract his false statements and Respondent #2 must remove the blacklist condition. The Entities named within this Affidavit of Fact who the Affiant has claimed nefarious intent have Fifteen (15) days from the publication of International Notice to give rebuttal or these claims stand as fact.
Further Affiant sayeth naught.

International, National and Local Public Notice Objection in the Matters of Robert S. Radnich and the Continental Public Bank
Robert S Radnich (hereinafter, “Rob”) has claimed that the Continental Public Bank (hereinafter “Bank”) is fraudulent, declaring the Bank requires an address, to have any kind of legitimacy. Rob has been provided the address for the Bank personally, multiple times, and further is not strenuous task to find the address but is given freely on the About Us page of the Bank website. However, Rob continues to twist any reasonable proof to the existence and legitimacy of what the Bank is, to fit Robs Communist Ideology. “The rich will always be rich, I just want a system that is fair and doesn’t just continue to funnel money to the top through inflation.” -Robert S. Radnich
This statement clearly shows that Rob is not a Capitalist and continuously pushes a Communist Agenda to further his own belief of this Political Ideology. The Government of The United States of America has outlawed Communism within the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America and these slanderous claims for political aims are not tolerable. The Continental Public Bank is the only Public Bank in existence that is not part of the American Bankers Association, the federal reserve system, nor the Bank of New York Mellon. This is the best opportunity that we know for the people to get out from under the Debt Instrument known as the Federal Reserve Note and will not fall to Robs push for the furtherance of a Communist system. The office of the Treasury hereby objects to all slanderous claims coming from Rob regarding the Bank.

Notice to Rob: This is where it is going to get real for you real fast. We have gathered enough evidence against you and your telegram group and now lobstr for multiple felonies. It is a felony to ignore due process, many prosecutors that ignore due process internationally and domestically are fired and most go to jail when prosecuted. Rob, you have held your own court impersonating a judge, a prosecutor, a jury of our peers and have rendered a judgment of guilty against the Continental Public Bank. You never noticed any of the over 2000 members that the bank was even being investigated in anyway. You personally convicted them of being a scam and a fraud with no indictment from a Grand Jury and then you notified Lobstr and Lobstr went along with your Kangeroo court. It is a felony to impersonate a court officer(s). There are many felonies involved in everything you have done. No one has been convicted by a Jury. There was no affidavit filed anywhere. There was never a warrant to obtain a list of the members signed by anyone so everyone of them could be served, nor was there anytime for the members to do an investigation of their own into the bank officers conduct. Legally, you are in deep with multiple felonies. We tried to warn you with the suggestion of communism but you and your mob made fun of that suggestion and went further to convict the Bank members of fraud which has still not been defined to this date and “being a scam” or being called scammers has still not been proven. Affidavits against you are coming forward. Once you published before even contacting the bank is where you screwed up and you kept repeating the same conviction over and over and over which was a felony each time you did it. Then you tried to gather evidence after the fact which by then was too late. You have been noticed and internationally noticed and you will receive all due process you are entitled too.
