INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL AND COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE
That the syringe with any form of a covid vaccine in it is hereby classified as a lethal bio weapon wherein anyone has the right to self defense up and including lethal force to stop it from penetrating the skin and the bio weapon from being discharged. Any New York representative that acts on or implements “Assembly Bill A416” will be charged with war crimes under the Nuremburg codes.
Further the crimes of forced association and slavery under human rights violations.
This executive memoranda is also notice to all Federal, State and Local agencies that any agencies that violate the Law of Nations, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and Nuremburg codes will be charged by the Government of The United States of America, a sovereign nation under the Law of Nations. All are hereby noticed to Cease and Desist following the orders of the New World Order. Stop attacking the inhabitants.
