INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL, & COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE
Members of the Nebraska State Bar Association, hereinafter “NSBA”, have relied on incompetency to protect the Crown and distance themselves from an Alien Tort Claim filed by William Emory Reffett, hereinafter “reign citizen”, against the Sheriff, Judge, and Prosecutor for the political subdivision of County of Knox, and the political subdivision state of Nebraska, hereinafter collectively “Defendants”.
Following a Non-Statutory Abatement entered in the case file by reign citizen, a psychiatric evaluation was ordered upon reign citizen by Judge Donna F. Taylor. An Alien Tort Claim was entered in the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska by reign citizen charging Defendants with violating the Law of Nations and the International Convention on Civil and Political Rights with the evidence of the reassigned Case entered with the Clerk of Court days prior to the Dismissal by NSBA member John Thomas. Defendants are unwilling to provide the report on the psychiatric evaluation yet said evaluation was recorded by reign citizen.
What most people do not realize is that while the United States corporation, hereinafter “U.S.”, is vacant an established religion, the Bar Associations within the political subdivision commonwealths and states and districts of the U.S. have been administering Codes of Judicial Conduct in their own version of perceived justice using Luciferian Roman Canons of the Luciferian Holy See evidenced in the Nebraska Revised Code of Judicial Conduct.
The Bar Associations within the U.S. are merely factions of the Inns and Temples of Court within the Temple Bar (Gateway) located within the metes and bounds of the Masonic City of London Corporation, hereinafter “Crown”. The Lord Mayor must be a member of one of the Livery Companies (Guilds) also known as a member of the Masons. Most people refer to them as members of the Masonic Lodges and Temples which can be found throughout the U.S. whose chain of title leads back to the Crown.
It is evidenced that the Defendant in the Dismissal Without Prejudice is NOT the same as the Defendant in other Exhibits within the Alien Tort Claim and Non-Statutory Abatement. Capitalization, punctuation, and pronunciation are essential in legal documents and a change in capitalization can render a document null and void. It could be presumed that those persons operating in the County Court of Knox County, Nebraska have initiated an investment for the Appearance Bond and already received emoluments for said investment wherein the all-capital letter name is a security for bonds due to the U.S. being outstandingly indebted to another and cannot use commodities for currency but securities, a form of debt slavery. When an actual person is held as a security interest for a security (all-capital letter name) to make Fiat currency come into existence it is a form of Slavery. The extrinsic value of Fiat currency is NOT equal to intrinsic value of commodities, therefore creates a condition of greed by those in authority within the U.S. placing an unequal value on a person and makes a limitless value to fill the coffers of those persons in authority using the Court Registry Investment System (CRIS).
Without an established religion within the political subdivision creature state of Nebraska the NSBA members have resorted to psychological warfare and religious persecution by ordering a psychiatric evaluation upon reign citizen. As witnessed in the above image, it was determined by Knox County Attorney to the case, John Thomas, that reign citizen did not possess the elementary mental process to understand a court of law and criminal charges. The Masons (builders) are mentioned within several Books of Scripture for rejecting the chief cornerstone that is Yahushua evidenced in Acts 4:10-11 stated herein;
10let it be known to all of you, and to all the people of Yisra’el, that in the Name of Yahushua Messiah of Natsareth, whom you impaled, whom Elohim raised from the dead, by Him this one stands before you, healthy.11“This is ‘the stone which was rejected by you builders, which has become the chief cornerstone.’
The White House in Washington D.C. had it’s cornerstone laid on the [October 13th, 1792] by George Washington, a Mason, during a ceremony ritual by the Masons. The White House was even ‘white washed’ with a lime base, a term also mentioned within Scripture, notably Mattithyahu (Matthew) 23:27 stated herein;
“Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! Because you are like white-washed tombs which outwardly indeed look well, but inside are filled with dead men’s bones and all uncleanness.”
All those operating within the political subdivision commonwealths and states, districts, and within the U.S. Congress are operating with double mindedness as members of the Masonic Crown administering the Luciferian Masonic religion agendas upon the populace wherein any religion not recognizing God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as the Living God or that recognizes polytheistic false gods is rebelling against the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. It is hereby recognized as religious persecution by the Crown upon the permanent population of the reign of the heavens by attempting to classify persons as incompetent for each person’s religious beliefs and conscience. No member of the Luciferian Medical Doctor’s Associations or Bar Associations has the capacity to assess or make determinations for the faith and acts of a religious person operating from the inner heart following in the Set-apart Spirit. The Ministry of Defense for the Set Apart Place of reign of the heavens hereby urges all Masons to repent in accordance with the Gospel of Yahushua for a day that has been fixed in accordance with Acts 17:30-31 stated herein;
“30 The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent, 31 because he has fixed a day on which he will judge the world in righteousness by a man whom he has appointed; and of this he has given assurance to all by raising him from the dead.”
