According to Respondent’s own claims, the Respondents are operating under one of the LGBTQ+ flags within Hamburger Mary’s franchise locations LINK “Hamburger Mary’s quickly established itself as a staple in the LGBT community” LINK, and “We’re also proud to be a part of the LGBT community” LINK. Respondents are advocating for the Baal Peor religion, “We are also known for our charity fundraising and support for our communities, especially among the LGBT community” LINK. Respondents allow minors under the age of eighteen (18) to enter their franchise locations LINK exposing them to potential pedophilia LINK. The attempts to indoctrinate children into a sinful lifestyle in rebellion of God’s commands through the crime of Social Engineering is causing multi-generational trauma, including but not limited to trauma associated with a “reprobate mind” as explained by John MacArthur. Respondents allow drag show performances in front of minors with the express intent to aid and abet in the normalization of a hyper sexualized society, further attempting to subvert family values and in rebellion against the commands of God.
