FOR: Committing war crimes wherein the Respondent has actively participated in claiming medical power of attorney over the civilian inhabitant populace by mandating medical experimentation upon said populace while infiltrating the offices for the original State of Illinois, violations of the Nuremberg Code, the codified Law of Nations, and all (30) Articles of Public Laws-101 LINK in Case # WCT- 20211227-000021.
