United States Federal corporation (hereinafter: “USF”) District Judge David Bunning (hereinafter: “David”) issued a ruling involving Kim Davis (hereinafter: “Davis”), the former clerk of Rowan County, commonwealth of Kentucky favoring the members of the Baal Peor religion over the religion of Kim Davis’. David stated that Davis “cannot use her own constitutional rights as a shield to violate the constitutional rights of others while performing her duties as an elected official”, yet by stating such David is advocating for the Baal Peor religion that is historically at war with Yahweh, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and the Father of Jesus, Yeshua, Yahushua.
David fails to understand that a religion was never established within the United States. The United States worships nature and nature’s god which was never defined as a religion within the United States.
David fails to realize that the U.S. Supreme court had in fact established a religion when it determined that two men and two women could get married in rebellion of the statement then when a man lays with another man it is in fact an abomination.
The U.S. congress failed to object to the establishment of a religion of the U.S. Supreme Court and therefore gave absolute powers to the U.S. Supreme court as far as interfering with the privacy of everyone.
The U.S. congress failed to stop the U.S. Supreme court from forcing the Baal Peor religion specifically designed to cause division by and between a man and his God in order to break up the families of the country in order to give the state more workers for its pork projects. More obligations to the state equals more slaves for the state and a separation from Yahweh, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and the Father of Jesus, Yeshua, Yahushua.
David failed to seek the truth in his arbitrary ruling. Arbitrary meaning there is no authority granted to any U.S. court to destroy the United States.
The United States has failed in its obligation of all Nations to establish a public religion in accordance with the duties and rights of a Nation, and wherein the people for The United States of America have established a public religion in accordance with the Law of Nations through Article 3 of the Bi-Lateral Social Compact Agreement by and between the people for The United States of America on 09-01-2020 known as “the followers of the Way the Truth and the Life;” LINK.
Bunning’s ruling promotes the war effort to demolish even a quasi society and is in violation of the Law of Nations Book I Chapter XII Of Piety and Religion § 131. When there is an established religion.
“When the choice of a religion is already made, and there is one established by law, the nation ought to protect and support that religion, and preserve it as an establishment of the greatest importance, without, however, blindly rejecting the changes that may be proposed to render it more pure and useful: for we ought, in all things, to aim at perfection”
The authority to establish a public religion is cited below:
Excerpt from the codified Law of Nations Book 1 Chapter 12 Of Piety and Religion §129. Public establishment of religion. Duties and rights of the nation.
“The establishment of religion by law, and its public exercise, are matters of state, and are necessarily under the jurisdiction of the political authority. If all men are bound to serve God, the entire nation, in her national capacity, is doubtless obliged to serve and honour him (Prelim. §5). And as this important duty is to be discharged by the nation in whatever manner she judges best,—to the nation it belongs to determine what religion she will follow, and what public worship she thinks proper to establish” LINK.
The obligation of Nations being comprised of moral persons to seek perfection and to prevent hinderance to its progress is codified within the Law of Nations Preliminaries § 22. And to avoid every thing contrary to its perfection.
“A nation therefore ought to prevent, and carefully to avoid, whatever may hinder its perfection and that of the state, or retard the progress either of the one or the other.”
David is not alone in his double-minded advocacy. The founders of what is now the USF were double-minded practitioners of Freemasonry LINK, a fraternal organization that does not specify the belief in the One Supreme God LINK reflected in Amendment I of the Bill of Rights LINK. Further, Amendment 14 Section 2 of the Bill of Rights LINK ultimately took the sovereignty of the States away and control now resides within the corporation. State Constitutions cannot apply to persons that are not signatories to said Constitutions, therefore persons cannot claim constitutional rights to which they have not been signatory thereof.
A memorandum from (October 6th, 2017) by then U.S. Attorney General LINK provides more evidence of double-mindedness as freedom of religion is the center of the memorandum for a corporation that will not make laws for the establishment of a religion. The elected officials of the corporation are picking and choosing the agendas to advocate religious views evidenced in the refusal to accept religious exemptions from the experimentation of lethal biological weapons by civilian inhabitants LINK. The USF is implementing the satanic New World Order agenda by suppressing the rights of inhabitants that live in accordance with the Christian Religion. This is a spiritual war between two types of love wherein the USF has chosen the side of the wicked one, satan, and the false gods aligned with the deception of phileo love. If the inhabitants continue to follow along with the deception of phileo love then hate crimes will be issued against all Christians in the coming months and years that choose to not join in with the rebellion of phileo love.
Davis has operated in honor of the words as written in the bible that for men and women to sleep in the same bed and practice Baal Peor as being an abomination and has chosen not to join in with the rebellion which should have been praised in David’s ruling.
Instead Davis is now slandered by the U.S. court itself in order to hide all of the failures of the United States itself and the deceptive phileo love which will be the major cause of its eventual destruction.
Davis did the right thing and is therefore pardoned of all convictions heretofore of all deceptions of phileo love as it pertains to this specific case.
