INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL, & COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE
The Great Jury for the General Post Union of The United States of America has determined that Jay Von Spreck aka Von Jay Spreck, Paula Christine Sullivan, Dan Sullivan, and Howard Frederick Walker III (hereinafter “Respondent”) have committed Capital Crimes and War Crimes. Respondents have conspired together in committing several nefarious actions, including but not limited to Attempted Murder, Rebellion, Insurrection, and Domestic Warfare thereby violating all Thirty (30) Articles of Public Laws-101 formerly known as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
