INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL, & COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE
Jay Von Spreck claim:
WHEREAS a mis-representation of lawful Chain of Title and international claim to the original 1775
Continental Army and the War Crimes Tribunal was warranted by the government officeholders and
the ROH Trust, Executor and Trustees to CommanderVonSpreck, Captain Adam Fox, Captain lsmael
Ortega, Captain Jason Marinaro, Captain Paula Christine Sullivan (Affiants) to secure our oaths as
commissioned officers and Judges without full disclosure, and
Objection by the Government of The United States of America:
The ROH Trust has no claim to the original Continental Army of 1775. The Government of The United States of America has a claim to the Continental Army of 1775 and has chain of title to maintain the claim to the Continental Army of 1775.
Jay Von Spreck claim:
WHEREAS the Executors and Trustees of the entities or organizations named The United States of
America, General Post Master Council, and general post master council intentionally misrepresented
and withheld critical information on the structure of the alleged Government ofThe United States of
America, the Continental Army and War Crimes Tribunal without full disclosure resulting in liability for
Commander VonSpreck and its officers (affiants) who were deceived, and
Objection by the Government of The United States of America:
The Executors and Trustees of the ROH Trust have not acted in that capacity since 2013. There has been no reason to act in those capacities and it does not affect the Government of The United States of America nor The United States of America, nor any resident or American National other than it secures their claims to the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America.
Jay Von Spreck claim:
WHEREAS it was discovered that the Continental Army and War Crimes Tribunal chain of title claim
originated from an entity and or *Ecclesiastical trust called the Reign of The Heavens (ROH Trust) no
lawful claim to the Continental Army of 1775 exists, no title, no militia electors, the reign of the heavens
Society Temple merely blessed and established the Continental Army and the War Crimes Tribunal
and Third Continental Congress into existence, along with the alleged Government of The United
States of America. The international claim and Chain of Title conveyed and warranted to Commander
VonSpreck and Officers (Affiants) by the alleged government Executor and Trustees is fraud and a
misrepresentation, and
Objection by the Government of The United States of America:
The ROH Trust only held the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America and it is a non-revocable trust so no one could steal the claim nor the asset. As long as the elections kept going the Government and its office holders have full use of those metes and b0ounds and seaward boundaries to The United States of America, otherwise the trust would kick in as the owner of the claim if it came under attack like it is now by its own Continental Army members in a form of a coup.
Jay Von Spreck claim:
WHEREAS it was discovered that the General Post Masters or general post masters acting in the
capacity of civilian judges for the International Human Rights Tribunal (HRTI) have the capacity to
convene the War Crimes Tribunal an alleged military court, the Constitution developed for the War
Crimes Tribunal never mentions the Continental Army confirming its not a military court, creating
liability for the Continental Army Judges who were deceived into service, another fraud and
misrepresentation, and
Objection by the Government of The United States of America:
Jay Von Spreck was attempting to steal the War Crimes Tribunal to attempt to take over the whole Government of The United States of America like he is trying to do in his arbitrary orders he placed in this claim.
The rest of the Notice is a bunch of garbage based on Jay Von Spreck declared victory without any trial, without any due process, without any discovery, a sneak notice attack when he hijacked and hacked a website to attempt to manufacture a notice of three days when in fact he never noticed anyone that a notice was posted on one of the Government of The United States of America website that he hacked into.

The Government of The United States of America knows that it was John Harold Fulks that mis-represented the ROH Trust to Jay Von Spreck which was under a non-disclosure to keep the claim safe and away from the Bank of New York Mellon. Jay Von Spreck did not know that to keep the claims safe the one who claimed them had to move three times and stay in hiding in a basement for the last ten years with no connection to the outside world accept through internet. The ROH Trust is not a private trust owned by Keith Edward Livingway, no ones estate is in the trust. The ROH Trust simply holds the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of the country so Jay Von Spreck would have a claim to his own country. The Government of The United States of America is a real Government and use to be secure until Jay Von Spreck the moron caused a National Security Breach. Thank you for that dumbass.
Instead of Jay Von Spreck doing his duty to his country, he decided to make a spectacle of the issue thereby causing a National Security breach, the one he has been accusing office holders of doing. Jay Von Spreck is nothing more than a weak minded idiot with delusions of grandeur. All Jay and the rest had to do was ask and we would have told them what the trust was and how it benefits them.
