The United States corporation’s Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act providing immunity to liability regarding countermeasures to disease and National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of (1986) also known as H.R. 5546 have been outlawed by the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America on the 163rd Day in the Year of Yahweh 6024, translated the 29th day of August in the two thousand and twenty-second year of the new covenant in Yahushua’s name.

The United States Department of Human and Health Services, hereinafter “DHHS”, formerly known as United States Department of Health, Education, and Welfare, has utilized pagan sorcery known as science or scientia, the etymology of cutting up and knowledge LINK, to distribute and administer concocted substances (poisons) upon the civilian inhabitant populace thereby damaging the natural immunity of said populace that the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, hereinafter “Yahweh” brought forth with Yahweh’s word. Most, if not all, past and current Secretaries of DHHS LINK have not earned degrees in the medical field and are not qualified to perform the necessary requirement of conducting studies on specific vaccines as stated in the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, hereinafter “PREP Act” LINK, stated herein; “Requires the Secretary to conduct studies on pertussis, rubella, and radiculoneuritis vaccines and publish the results of such studies” following H.R.5546 LINK. It is recognized that the PREP Act and H.R. 5546 provided immunity for those artificial corporations or persons associating in the distribution and administration of vaccines to counter diseases.
Evidence provides that a habitual pattern of distributing vaccines that have been produced before the announcement of new viruses. DTaP or DTP (stands for Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis) was patented in (1941) by Lederle Laboratories Inc. LINK for said viruses and shortly after in (1943) autism was first identified LINK. DTP contained thimerosal, a preservative made from mercury LINK, and was not widely used until the United States corporation introduced the Child Immunization Initiative in (1977) LINK and all corporate States arbitrarily in the name of the original States of adopted mandatory school vaccinations. Since the adopted mandates, the incidences of autism has overwhelmingly increased in the last Thirty (30) years LINK.
For further witness in the damaging of immunity upon the civilian inhabitant populace one may review pages 2,3, and 4 of “Deadly Deception” by Robert E. Willner, M.D., Ph.D. wherein the AIDS virus is discussed LINK. AZT, or Zidovudine LINK had been produced and sitting on the National Institute of Health shelves for Thirty (30) years prior to its rollout for AIDS. AZT had been found too toxic as a cancer remedy yet on (April 23rd, 1984) then Secretary of DHHS Margaret Heckler along with Robert Gallo announced that AIDS could now be detected with 100% certainty LINK. Following Heckler’s announcement, in 1987 AZT began being administered to those persons diagnosed with AIDS.
The same habitual pattern has been witnessed for COVID-19 wherein Moderna is now taking legal action against Pfizer for the mRNA technology LINK. Moderna states “This foundational platform, which we began building in 2010, along with our patented work on coronaviruses in 2015 and 2016”, years before the illegal war declared on coronavirus on (March 19th, 2019) by then United States corporation President Donald Trump.
Those agents as members of the United States corporation subject to the Crown, the Masonic City of London Corporation, advocating for and enforcing the distribution and administration of vaccines upon persons under the age of maturity are hereby exposed as agents for the satanic New World Order agenda to depopulate the civilian inhabitant populace. The United States corporation’s PREP Act and H.R. 5546 to distribute and administer vaccines upon those persons under the age of maturity are hereby outlawed. All is under Yahweh’s Sovereign control wherein said vaccines were produced and administered yet it is also under Yahweh’s Sovereign control for a permanent population to have the knowledge and understanding to spread the truth of man’s wickedness as stated in Yeshayah (Isaiah) 45:6-7 evidenced herein;
