FOR: Committing war crimes wherein the Respondent has actively participated in a conspiracy to create fear among the Claimant and Claimant’s family, forcibly issuing warranties, exercising abrogation, and prescribing the confiscation of property where no such obligation existed, using the well-known communist tactic of Infiltration to achieve the Communist Revolution, and are violations of the Law of Nations and all (30) Articles of Public Laws-101 LINK in Case # WCT-20211227-000020.
