INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL, & LOCAL PUBLIC NOTICE
WHEREAS, it is hereby declared that Justice Department attorney Charles Bishop Scarborough III, and U.S Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit Judge Carl E. Stewart must vacate from within the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America for aiding and abetting war criminal Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. LINK in war crimes for mandating experimentation of biological weapons upon the workers for the Federal corporation. Charles Bishop Scarborough and Carl E. Stewart’s advocation for injections of biological weapons is a violation of Article 1 of the Nuremberg Code within the metes and bounds of The United States of America. It has been acknowledged that Carl E. Stewart acted on behalf of James L. Dennis following Stewart’s taking a senior status last year limiting involvement in cases resulting in the 2-1 vote to reinstate the aforementioned mandate LINK.

NOW, THEREFORE, the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America hereby proclaims a Forced Deportation Notice into existence whereby Charles Bishop Scarborough III, Carl E. Stewart, and family have 90 days from this Notice, proclaimed this 25th Day in the year of Yahweh 6024, translated date April 13th, 2022, to vacate the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America or have Charles Scarborough, Carl E. Stewart, and family’s personal land properties Nationalized and under demolition order until complete.
