INTERNATIONAL, NATIONAL, & LOCAL PUBLIC NOTICE
Public officials operating in the political subdivision of California are attempting to pass a number of bills to be ultimately signed by war criminal Gavin Christopher Newsom LINK, found guilty of violating Article 1 of the Nuremberg Code for classifying the California civilian inhabitant populace as subjects of medical experimentation subject to injections of lethal biological weapons arbitrarily labelled as COVID vaccines. Senator Richard Pan, Chair of the Senate’s Health Committee LINK, has been implicated as one of the authors for most of these bills introduced to the California Assembly. The bills introduced include;
- SB 871 requiring all children 0 to 17 to get the COVID-19 vaccine to attend child care or school;
- SB 866 would allow kids 12 to 17 to get the COVID-19 vaccine without parental consent;
- SB 1749 would require schools to continue testing and to create testing plans;
- SB 1018 would require online platforms to be more transparent about how information is pushed out to consumers;
- SB 1464 would force law enforcement officials to enforce public health orders or lose funding;
- AB 1993 would require all employees, including independent contractors, to show proof of COVID-19 vaccine to work in California;
- AB 1797 would make changes to the California Immunization Record Database. The state will collect patient data even if a patient refuses for reason of protecting the public health;
- AB 2098 would reclassify the sharing of COVID-19 “misinformation” by doctors and surgeons as unprofessional conduct that would result in disciplinary action.
Upon close review of these proposed bills it is apparent that the public officials in the political subdivision of California are aiding and abetting war criminal Gavin Christopher Newsom by introducing legislation that shall further restrict, trespass upon, discriminate, and persecute the California civilian inhabitant populace by reason of protecting the public health, protection that only Almighty God is capable of protecting should he so choose. These introduced bills are further evidence of the Communism being advocated for by public officials carrying on with the New World Order agenda as inscribed on the Georgia Guidestones LINK.
WHEREAS, the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America has classified Richard Juien-Dah Pan an enemy of the country by way of aiding and abetting war criminal Gavin Christopher Newsom in advocating for mandatory experimentation of the California civilian inhabitant populace with injections of lethal biological weapons labelled as COVID vaccines LINK subject to deportation in accordance with the Forced Deportation Act of 2021 LINK, and
NOW, THEREFORE, the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America hereby proclaims a Forced Deportation Notice into existence whereby Richard Juien-Dah Pan has 90 days from this Notice, proclaimed this 9th Day in the year of Yahweh 6024, translated date March 28th, 2022, to vacate the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America or have Richard Juien-Dah Pan’s property under demolition order until complete, and
BE IT DECLARED, that the personal property including but not limited to those listed hereafter owned and registered to Richard Juien-Dah Pan is to be Nationalized and under demolition order until complete 90 days from this Forced Deportation Notice:

All other public officials operating in the political subdivision of California are hereby notified of liability for attempting to pass legislation which promotes communism, persecution, discrimination, and any other legislation that violates the Nuremberg Code or human rights in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, now classified as Public Laws-101 LINK, will be subject to forced deportation or a public hearing within the War Crimes Tribunal for The United States of America to answer for war crimes including, but not limited to, aiding and abetting war criminal Gavin Christopher Newsom.
